We sent you a new credit card as our way of ensuring that you, a valued and loyal cardholder, have the most up-to-date card for the best auto and tire care available.
No, the new card carries the same account number, balance, and registration status as your old card.
Please safely dispose of your old card and begin using your new card to enjoy the same promotional financing on tires, maintenance, and repairs.
Your balance has not changed. Your new card will carry the same balance, account number, and registration status as your old card.
If you have already registered your old card on CFNA.com, you will not need to re-register your new card. Keep in mind, however, that the new card will be displayed when you log in to your account.
You may begin using your account immediately by presenting your card and government-issued photo ID when you make a purchase in-store. Find a location near you.
Your most recent billing statement may still reflect your old card design. We are working to update statement branding. Your statement will reflect your new card design soon.
No, your new credit card is ready for immediate use at participating locations. You will be required to provide identification with a government issued photo ID at the point of purchase.
